Subscription terms
Written by: Fatih
Plain terms, written so you can hold us to them. If any line here conflicts with something a salesperson says, this line wins — there is no salesperson.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, for any reason, without telling us why. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for: you keep access until that date, and no further charge is made. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
Refunds — what we do and do not promise
We do not advertise a money-back guarantee, because we are not willing to promise something we have not yet proven we can honour at volume. What we do instead:
- A full issue is readable at no cost, without an account, before you pay. The sample is the product, not a trimmed version of it.
- If we bill you after you cancelled, or bill you twice, that is our error and we return it in full. Write to [email protected].
- If an issue misses the published schedule without notice, say so and we credit the week.
Corrections
Every issue can be wrong. When one is, the correction is published on the Corrections page with its date, and the original line is left visible with the correction attached rather than quietly rewritten.
Your address
We collect one thing: the email address you type into the form. It is used to send the newsletter and nothing else — not sold, not rented, not passed to an advertiser. Unsubscribing removes it. One line to us also removes it.
Billing and invoices
Payment is handled by a merchant of record. They are the seller of record on your invoice, they collect and remit the tax that applies where you live, and they hold the card details. We receive the fact that you subscribed, not your card.
If we stop
If we close the paid tier, active subscriptions are cancelled and the unused part of any annual term is returned. The archive stays online and readable.
